Transpennine Express class 68 test run from Manchester Piccadilly to Manchester Airport 30/12/17

A public passenger test run was held by TPE and DRS with 68003 and 68030 with 4 ex Virgin MK3s for their future service later this year. The MK3s will run at first until the MK5s arrive. These services are expected to run by May, with 2 4 carriage sets TnT 68s on TPE services between Scarborough and Liverpool. Filmed between Piccadilly and the Airport and arriving/departing Piccadilly for Crewe CS. Apologies about some poor filming near the start of the journey. This is due to staff being iffy about cameras being out of the windows, which later they were fine about. Feel free to comment, rate, subscribe and enjoy!
