Costco's New Authentic Sushi in North America Vs Luxury Sushi Restaurant

I love Costco and they just seem to get better and better. At our local Costco in Downtown Vancouver, they are one of the first locations in North America to offer authentic sushi and sashimi. A Kirkland branded sushi? I gotta try that! And I found out that they went all out to prefect their sushi by bringing Japanese Sushi and Sashimi chefs from Japan to train the Costco team to slice, roll, and create sushi the authentic way. I thought it would be great to give it a try and also compare Costco sushi with sushi from a Micheline rated restaurant. This is Vancouver's finest sushi restaurant, Miku, serving up their specialty sushi and other amazing Japanese cuisine.
