THE PRIVILEGE OF PRAYER | Pastor Evelyn Joshua Sermon

During The SCOAN Special Vigil with Pastor Evelyn Joshua, God’s servant reminds us that “it is a privilege to approach the God of the universe.” Through Jesus Christ, the way has been opened for us to approach our Heavenly Father, obtain mercy and receive grace in our time of need. Drawing from Isaiah 57:15–16, Psalm 145:18–19 and Hebrews 4:15–16, she encourages us to pray without ceasing, persevere in faith and cling to God’s promises. As she declares, “The privilege you have in prayer is the key in the hand of faith.” Be inspired to remain joyful in hope, patient in affliction and steadfast in prayer, knowing that God hears the cry of those who call on Him.
