Getting the 101 to sit still (part 1(Handbrake upgrade))

He just won't sit still!!! The handbrake on the 101 is being a pain and not working due to the cable failing yet again. So it's time to give the linkage an upgrade that doesn't change how anything works, but will hopefully make him more reliable.
