Yes, it was raining, but somehow that added beauty and charm to the hike. The train added suspense, in that the trail followed the tracks for the length of the bridge. A couple minutes difference and we would have had to cozy up to the train as it chugged by. No music in order to hear the pitter-patter of rain and, of course, the train.
