At Bristronica 25, Roman from ‪@hypertron‬  Audio introduced us to the HyperTron groove box, an application designed for iPhone and iPad. Available for free, the app acts as a sampler, synthesizer, drum computer, and step sequencer. It can be run in dual modes: live mode for triggering pads and effect mode for applying and adjusting effects using sliding gestures, and all of this can be automated. It also has AI capability to generate samples based on user prompts. Available as a free download.
