A Prayer for Loneliness | Make Room for Connection With Mary

If you feel lonely today, bring that feeling to God and pray with us. Follow the words on screen, with quiet moments to tell God what you miss, remember someone else and consider one small way to seek or offer company. We reflect on Mary visiting Elizabeth in Luke 1:39–56, then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be. This is an original guided Catholic prayer lasting about eight and a half minutes. 00:00 Come as you are 00:43 Tell God what you miss 01:45 Pray with the Visitation 02:50 Make room to receive care 03:56 Remember someone else 05:01 Pray the Our Father 05:49 Ask Mary's prayers 06:50 Choose one small contact 07:49 Return to your day Above All is a place for Catholic prayer and the Holy Rosary, one day at a time.
