What if Austria and Germany Had Formed The HRE in World War I? | Hearts of Iron IV (HOI4) Timelapse

What if Austria and Germany had formed the Holy Roman Empire (HRE) in World War I in Hearts of Iron IV (HOI4)? Watch this full HOI4 timelapse and AI-only simulation as the German Empire and Austria-Hungary unite at the outbreak of the Great War to restore the Holy Roman Empire and reshape the map of Europe. Can a united Holy Roman Empire crush the Entente powers of Britain, France, and the Russian Empire on both fronts, or will the allied coalition stop this massive Central European superstate? Every frontline, alliance shift, encirclement, and peace conference from World War I into the interwar and World War II era is simulated from start to finish. How powerful would the Central Powers have been if Germany and Austria united into the HRE during WW1? Which historical scenario or empire should we simulate next in HOI4?
