In today’s tutorial, I’ll show you how to make a glitter tumbler using Aleene’s Tack-It Over and Over glue. This product is meant to be a repositionable adhesive that remains tacky when it is dry, and it’s the perfect texture for fine holographic glitters. Buffing the glitter into the adhesive with your finger creates a perfectly smooth finish and really brings out the reflective laser effect. This method does not work well with chunky glitters.
