I attended Sedgfield parkrun 670th event. As I have videoed the course before here are my random thoughts as I run(?) around it. The course is slightly different at the moment though but I'm not sure if that has become a permanent change. I removed the part where a poor lady falls almost directly in front of me to save her dignity. She seemed OK though after falling.
