Defense Files Motion to Dismiss Case Against Woman Accused of Killing Roommate

Before trial began, the defense for Nichole Rice wanted the case to get dismissed due to a Brady violation and lack of probable cause. The judge found no suppression of evidence by the state. Rice is on trial for allegedly killing Anita Knutson in 2007 in an apartment the two women shared. She was arrested in 2022 for the crime.
