Grandma’s Giant Qutabs Cooked on a Huge Barrel!

Today in our village, we’re making giant herb-stuffed flatbreads called qutab over a wood fire! Grandma rolls out thin dough, adds fresh herbs, and cooks each flatbread until golden, while I keep the fire burning.
