Friday afternoon at 15:07! It is actually a surprisingly quiet afternoon out on the roads today with a lot less traffic than usual. Natalie went off on a little wander around Sherborne to do yet more thinking—hopefully, those Bucks Fizz lyrics from earlier are finally helping her make her mind up! 🤔🤔 Anyway, Mark has appeared and is ready to go, so it is time to get Dad's Taxi moving. Next stop: SWRAC to collect Leona. And honestly, with Natalie back in the passenger seat, I might just have to send her in to do the fetching today! 😁😁 Pulling away from our spot in Sherborne, we hit the A30 and swung a left up Sherborne Hill. We rolled down into Longburton, keeping a close eye on the speedometer for that 30mph limit. 🛑 Pushing out to Middlemarsh, we hit the 40mph zone at Tiley Knapp before taking the right turn up through Lyons Gate. Taking the corner right, we wound our way up through the gorgeous trees of Hendover Coppice, cruising right past the Clay Pigeon raceway. Hitting the junction, we took a left onto the A37 and dropped down into Grimstone for another strict 30mph check. Pushing out past Stratton and sailing under the railway bridge, we took our sharp right over to School Lane. Threading our way through the quiet roads of Bradford Peverell, we finally pulled into SWRAC. Time to see if Natalie actually wants to do the legwork for this pickup! 🏃‍♀️💨 Who usually does the actual 'getting out of the car' bit during your pickups?
