Tree Is at the Root of Dispute

The plaintiff says the defendant lives next door to her family and spread vicious rumors that her mother and brother were having sex. She claims he’s been coming onto her property and slowly killing her tree, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff’s brother is a sociopathic crackhead. He insists he only cut the branches overhanging his property. He’s countersuing for the cost of yardwork.
