How to Run Python 3 and Jupyter Lab using an Anaconda Docker Container and VS Code

In this video, I provide a general overview of Docker and Docker Desktop (images, containers, run command, etc). I then show how to install Docker, how to run a Docker container from an Anaconda Docker image, how to develop Python code in VS Code using the container's Python interpreter (and the Remote - Containers VS Code extension), and how to launch Jupyter Lab from the container.
