At the end of her life, she looks back on the nights she could not smile, the mornings filled with anger, the dreams she abandoned, the promises she could not keep, and every imperfect step that brought her this far. She does not erase those memories. She does not pretend her life was perfect. Instead, she places one final rose for the person who stayed with her until the very end: herself.
