I Made Two LEDs Argue With Each Other

Two LEDs. Two transistors. A couple of capacitors. Absolutely no idea who's in charge. I built a classic two-transistor astable multivibrator by soldering the components directly together — no circuit board, no microcontroller, and no code. Give it 3.3 volts and the two LEDs spend the rest of their lives taking turns annoying each other.
