Grey's Anatomy is among the most popular medical TV shows! It's been on for a long time and it doesn't seem that they are intending to put an end to it any time soon! I thought it would be interesting if a real doctor reacts to one of the Greys Anatomy's popular episodes. I picked "Cold as ice" which is one of the most intense episodes. In this episode April, one of the surgeons, has a car accident and is left in the ice water so she develops fatal low body temperature (Hypothermia) and cardiac arrest. The team performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and places her on cardiac bypass machine. The drama is absolutely breathtaking. They make a lot of effort to keep the medical procedures accurate, however, since they also want to make it entertaining, sometimes they go overboard! Let's watch it together!
