(They hosted us for the day, but they didn't pay us or see this video before you did ❤️) 今次 Laurence 要挑戰兩道香港經典美食：他們招牌的乾炒牛河，還有菜遠叉燒煎蛋飯……沒錯，就是《食神》裡面那碗「黯然銷魂飯」！👀🍳 Laurence takes on two Hong Kong classics: their famous stir-fried beef ho fun, and char siu rice with greens and a sunny side up egg... yes, THE 黯然銷魂飯 from God of Cookery 👀🍳 體驗過程中，他跟燒臘師傅學切叉燒（Laurence心想：到底有多難？😅）、製作需時 15 分鐘的豆腐花，還嘗試用茶餐廳術語叫凍飲！ Along the way he learns to chop char siu with the roast meat chef (how hard can it be? 😅), makes a tofu pudding that takes 15 minutes to set, and tries to order drinks in cha chaan teng code 我們更親眼目睹午市最忙碌時的情況，整個過程真的太震撼了 🔥 We also got to see the kitchen in full swing during the lunch rush, and honestly?
