Her AP shells can deal 12,600 maximum damage each. The 410 mm caliber gives her excellent penetration against many Tier VI–VII battleships. She has a 1.8 sigma, giving her respectable accuracy for a Japanese battleship. HE has 6,500 maximum damage and a 30% fire chance. Best use: primarily AP against broadside battleships and cruisers. Switch to HE when facing heavily angled targets or destroyers. 🏎️ Mobility — ★★★★☆ The Ashitaka can reach 30 knots, which is very good for a Tier VII battleship. This allows you to: Change flanks relatively quickly. Keep distance from stronger opponents. Retreat from dangerous situations. Exploit openings on the enemy flank.
