Ronco 5500 Rotisserie Chicken the "perfect" crispy skin

We love our Ronco 5500 series Rotisserie oven. We used it for the perfect whole chicken. Make sure to pat dry the chicken. Then cover with oil. Sprinkle dry rub all over and inside the chicken. Allow to sit about 1 hr to come to room temp for the Ronco. If you are using the Ronco oven it says 15mins per pound. We had about 5 pound chicken and cooked it about 2hrs.
