With this update, all of the previous versions I had been using are no longer available, which means the familiar sound I’ve built Drop Impact BEATZ around can no longer be recreated in quite the same way. To be honest, how well V6 could produce the kind of sound I’m looking for was important enough that it could affect the future direction of Drop Impact BEATZ itself. “Can I still create that Drop Impact BEATZ sound with V6?” To find out, I stayed up all night creating a set of sample tracks with V6 and put them together into this video. ⚡🎧 For this test, I haven’t done any additional editing or sound processing in a DAW. What you’re hearing is essentially the sound coming directly from V6, as I wanted to see how close I could get to the Drop Impact BEATZ sound using V6 itself. I’ve only just started working with V6, so of course this isn’t the final form. From here, I’ll be experimenting and figuring out how to build the sound I want in this new environment.
