In this episode of my Orchha journey, I started my day by stepping out of my hotel and heading out to explore the beautiful side of Orchha. The weather was absolutely perfect—pleasant, peaceful, and just the kind of day you would want while exploring a historic town like this. To make the experience more interesting, I booked a guided tour and began exploring the magnificent heritage of Orchha. The first major highlights were the stunning Raja Mahal and the grand Jahangir Mahal. Walking through these historic palaces with a guide made the experience even more special, as I got to know more about their history, architecture, stories, and the rich heritage of Orchha. The beautiful architecture, massive walls, ancient structures, detailed artwork, and the stories connected to these monuments made me feel like I had travelled back in time. Orchha truly has a unique charm where history and nature come together beautifully. After spending the day exploring the palaces and different parts of Orchha, I decided to slow things down in the evening. I went to the beautiful Betwa River, sat peacefully beside the river, enjoyed the pleasant weather, and simply took in the peaceful surroundings. After a full day of exploring, walking, discovering history, and enjoying the beauty of Orchha, I ended my day right there beside the Betwa River.
