How To Get Your Ego Out Of Your Hardest Decisions | Andy Stanley

Andy Stanley founded North Point Ministries, hosts the Andy Stanley Leadership Podcast, and wrote What Great Leaders Do. He has led the same organization for 31 years, and he runs every major decision through three questions, one of them borrowed from Intel's Andy Grove: what would the next leader do? Ryan is joined by Sam Kaufman, Chief Revenue Officer at Insight Global, who has put Andy's ideas to work across a 40,000 person company.
