John Lewis - This is a DISGRACE! So BAD!

It's another week of "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" and for the first time in the series we're heading to Wales! All week we'll be in Cardiff, and today it's the BAD! The cafe in John Lewis has had some terrible reviews online. But John Lewis is a bit posh isn't it? Surely it can't be as bad as the reviews suggest?
