Decimals for Kids: Tenths, Hundredths and Thousandths with Hash Brown the Owl

Hash Brown shows what decimals really mean: tenths from a chocolate bar, hundredths on a hundred square and thousandths under the magnifying glass, the decimal point as the door between wholes and parts, the zero trap, and how to compare decimals from the left. Is 0.45 bigger than 0.5? Longer is NOT bigger: 0.5 wins!
