Violin Yoga

Playing the violin can hurt! When I started playing again, I wasn't prepared for feeling like someone had tried to rip my head off. What did I do? During the pandemic, I couldn't go to the doctor. So I tried a combination of yoga, warm-ups and a lot of time under an ice pack to keep playing. Follow along as I learn to play the violin again after walking away from music 25 years ago.
