Arcade PCB Repair - TKG4 Donkey Kong set, Bad IRQ signal, Missing V.BLK. Pretty straight forward, trace repair and a bad ROM. Sorry for the horrible audio in the first version of this video. Fixed and re-posted. Thanks for your quick feedback on the poor quality. I used LALAL.AI to split the voice from the noise and it worked very well. And PowerDirector to split out the audio, then add it back in.
