Syllabus Updates in FRM Part 1 and FRM Part 2 - 2026

GARP has released updated Learning Objectives for FRM Part 1 and FRM Part 2 exams. There are almost negligible changes in FRM Part 2 and major changes in the Books "Risk Management and Investment Management" and "Current Issues" in FRM Part 2 syllabus. The changes in the syllabus are summarized below: FRM Part 1: 1. Total chapters across 4 books remain the same (62) 2. Only 1 chapter is updated (Ch 10 from Book 2. Quantitative Analysis) FRM Part 2: 1. Total chapters across 6 books increased from 104 to 107 2. No changes in Book. 1 MR, Book. 2 CR and Book. 3 ORR 3. Minor changes in Book 4. LTR 4.
