Blizzard just dropped a surprise, final racial ability tuning pass for World of Warcraft: Forever right ahead of the November 4th launch! Human Crit got cut in half, Orc traded Savage (1% Crit) to get Command back, Dwarf swapped Crit Damage for 1% universal Hit, Skyborne Haste got trimmed down to 2%, and Tauren Plainsrunning now ramps up to 60% speed on foot with zero DPS passives left. In tonight's video, I break down every single October 26th racial change and rank all 9 races in an updated S through D Tier List for PvE DPS so you can lock in your character before launch day!
