► Hike & Speedflying Ramnanosi (Norway) 😁😎🚀🪂🏔📷📹 ► It was a wonderful hike-and-fly tour - and a fantastic way to wrap up the final flight of my holiday in Norway! Since I set off heading south and the valley wind comes from the north, I wanted to reach the launch site before the valley wind kicked in. So, I started the hike at 6 a.m., allowing me to reach the summit by 8 a.m. at a good pace - and ultimately launch from the site at 8:30 a.m.! A sheep with two lambs followed me to the summit – that was so cool! The summit is relatively flat and lined with small boulders, so I couldn't launch my Speedflying Parakite – it wouldn't have been a problem with a large Paraglider! Therefore, I descended a bit to find a slightly more sloping launching spot. The crucial thing was that it was free of obstacles like boulders!
