Beginners Aerial Hoop // Gazelle Family

✨ Gazelle Family ✨ The Gazelle is such a pretty aerial hoop move! I normally teach this to my beginners in lesson two or three on the aerial hoop. TIPS - Close the hips, both hips should be facing the ceiling, it is hard work in the oblique muscles, but this will keep your secure and with the correct technique. Secondly, if you are struggling to reach the knee to the hoop try lifting the back leg slightly, this will tip your angle, giving the illusion that you are in a full split. Giving you that extra bit of space to secure the knee to the hoop.
