Also known as "prospect", One of Europe’s longest urban streets begins at Zaporizka Square in the north, and cuts through the centre of the city for 10.2 kilometres until we reach the soutern part of Zaporizhia.
Until 2016 it was named after Lenin, which was just one of several names that it adopted, including Nazi figures in the Second World War and Karl Liebknecht after the 1917 revolution.
We start our flight at Zaporizka Square, also the entrance to the city centre when travelling by car coming from the recently reconstructed H08.
Then we fly over several landmarks in the Metalurhiv area and Ukraina area. These are also the main parts for tourists and contain shops, restaurants, imposing landmarks like the Neoclassical concert hall and a great deal of Soviet-era Constructivist architecture.
We end our flight nearby the "old town" area, near the "Zaporizhia 2" train station, where also university buildings and other buildings of interest are located.
