Welcome to Femme de la Ville — a black and white editorial shoot rooted in the sharp, composed confidence of classic Helmut Newton and the refined sensuality of vintage YSL campaigns, reinterpreted through my own West Coast eye. In this video I pull back the curtain on the entire process — from the initial concept and location scouting, to styling decisions, model direction, and all the in-between moments that never make it into the finished images. You'll watch me shoot in real time, and then see the edited final frames so you can follow the creative thread from camera to finished image. We had a shoot I won't forget.
