🐴 A Quiet Training Session with Lilja | Horse ASMR

Meet Lilja, my Icelandic mare. 🤍 Lilja lives with a chronic muscle condition, which means regular movement is an important part of her daily life. Today, we spent some time lunging together, enjoying a peaceful training session and taking things at her own pace. In this video, you can enjoy the natural sounds of our time together — the rhythm of her hooves, the quiet moments, and the special bond between horse and human. No music, no talking, just horses, nature, and a little peace for the soul. 🌿 I hope this video brings you a moment of calm and helps you slow down, breathe, and simply enjoy the present. Thank you for being here and joining us on this journey. 🤍 Hoofbeats & Silence Where every hoofbeat brings a little peace. 🐎 #HorseASMR #IcelandicHorse #HorseLunging #NaturalHorseSounds #HoofbeatsAndSilence
