Little Miami - Xenia to Springfield

Xenia, OH is a must do travel destination if you want to ride bikes/trikes on designated rail trails. Xenia Station is the hub of the wheel with 5 spokes(trails) running in five directions with sufficient mileage allowing you to ride for 5 days. Xenia is still a bit short when it comes to lodging, but there is a Hampton Inn at least. The covered bridge in the thumbnail is about 8.5 miles north of Xenia and you can ride through it when accessed by a side road just past the bridge by the riding stables.
