LIKE AN EAGLE - Pressed Down, Shaken Together & Running Over - written by Joe Fair

From the record album "Star of the Show" Pressed Down, Shaken Together & Running Over Joe Fair, Ralph Graham & Paul Cuoco Sax solo - Skip Mesquite LIKE AN EAGLE Long ago, with sightless eyes shaded with blank disguise I looked for wisdom cries. And searching my craving soul stopping at every toll l was longing to be made whole and find God's love. One day a stranger came talking of perfect prayer and how I could have the same. That God could be so close to me and I could pray perfectly with the spirit He gave to me. And I said, "All my life I have longed for this day." Like an Eagle I have mounted up on wings to the sky Set for sailing in the perfect navigation from on high from on high And now I, now I speak in tongues I know I'm a Chosen one, I'm sure that I am God's son. And stronger with each new day and now I can show the way. Yes now, now I can truly say... Like an Eagle I have mounted up on wings to the sky Set for sailing in the perfect navigation from on high Like an Eagle I will fly
