Rhode Island - An Obnoxious Battleship

Rhode Island seems pretty strong after testing it out today, but I have to say the playstyle that it encourages is very obnoxious. It's a kiting HE spammer that's almost impossible to catch and hard to finish off, while having great HE DPM and dispersion.
