The Luckiest Isaac Challenge I've Ever Played!

Hey, guys! It's time for another epic Binding of Isaac run! This time I'm gonna try a challenge from Anathema mod called Doomslayer. I start as the Bethany but I can't shoot tears, the only weapon I have is... pan! That's right, I can swing the pan to deal tons of damage to enemies, just like The Forgotten! But there's a huge downside of this pan - tear effects and stat ups won't work with it, which will definitely make this challenge harder!
