Clean Freak Car Wash: Mesa Site

Proof that short tunnels are some of the most interesting ones. Clean Freak acquired this location within a week after it was opened by the original owner. They kept all of the original equipment, but changed the entrance arch to the standard Clean Freak design and switched the chemicals to Blendco. With a conveyor length of only 75 feet, the equipment had to be packed very close together. A MacNeil Z-frame, rocker brushes, Sonny's OMNI, Bison, and 807 mitter do all the cleaning in this short tunnel. Drying is done with a 2-arch 10-producer MacNeil Tech 21 system. Unlike other Clean Freak locations. the Blue Crush foam bath is applied via a Vaughan Tsunami manifold, and has a red TSS LED light bar pointed at it. The wash material is also red, as it was new when Clean Freak acquired the location and thus did not need to be replaced. Even though the conveyor was short and running at the upper end of what the tunnel could handle, the wash quality was superb. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.
