DAY 25/1000 | I’m 41, Starting Over and Enjoying the Journey

Day 25 of my journey from zero to €1,000,000. Today started with a difficult morning. I felt disappointed after eating McDonald’s yesterday, but then I realised something important: one bad decision doesn’t destroy my discipline. I’ve also decided to stop working overtime. Eight hours in the warehouse is enough because I need time and energy for my other goals: training, nutrition, learning German, marketing and building my own business. Today I continued working on my water bike project, sending follow-up emails about locations, permits and potential partnerships, and preparing the financing. I’m 41 years old, working in a warehouse where many of my colleagues are around 22. Sometimes I look at myself and wonder what I’m doing here. But I’m learning to enjoy the process. It’s only Day 25, yet sometimes it feels like I’ve already been on this journey for 100 or 200 days. Life is about more than reaching a destination. It’s also about enjoying the journey.
