1980 Westinghouse (mb. Schindler) Hydraulic Elevators 1 & 2 | Hyatt Regency | Schaumburg, IL

Recorded 5/29/2026 at 4:39 PM CST These were originally Westinghouse 2BC-HYLs and were modded by Schindler in 2007 with MCE logic. The power unit on car 1 was recently replaced with a submersible one, car 2 and car 3 still have the original Westinghouse dry-power units with replacement motors. For some reason, car 2 had its buttons and indicator replaced, and the other ones didn't, not sure of the reasoning behind it.
