After using his jet pack to fly up to the locker and find the paper, he tries remembering what shapes he needs to make by folding it to see the whole picture when a special assignment is delivered, then he flies out of control and locks himself into the locker. A boy named Michael is going to wrap a birthday present for his friend Quinn's birthday, but he is having trouble doing so. So it's up to Oso to help Michael wrap a present before he leaves for the party. That’s when he gets a special assignment. A boy named Quinn wants to make a party hat for his birthday photo. So Oso decides to help him make the party hat so he can get a picture of himself wearing it.
