LBA Women’s wing demands rollback of new liquor policy

Women from various religious organisations staged a protest against the new liquor policy, demanding its immediate rollback. Speaking on the occasion, Ladakh Buddhist Association (LBA) Women’s Wing President Kunzes Dolma appealed to the UT administration to withdraw the policy. She said that approving the opening of bars in different parts of Ladakh would ruin the future of the region.
