WUTR Commercial Breaks (April 9, 2000)

From the same day as my X-Files upload, it's ABC affiliate WUTR (channel 20) from an episode of The Practice. WUTR is ABC's Utica, NY affiliate and it's interesting because the tape had both WUTR and WFXV, yet they weren't sister stations yet. WUTR had a news department that was at that point sharing resources with sister station WIXT (WSYR) in Syracuse, but due to low ratings it cancelled news altogether in 2003. Its current shared news operation with WFXV launched in September of 2011. (C) 2000 Ackerley Group; WUTR is now owned by Mission Broadcasting.
