What's REALLY Going On at Shoreline Church in Dallas?

In today's video, we're discussing concerns some individuals have raised about Shoreline Church in Dallas, Texas. Some have described what they believe is a particular aesthetic within the church, including expectations about how individuals serving in ministry should dress. Others have raised concerns about alleged favoritism toward certain children within the church's childcare ministry. These are concerns being shared by individuals, and I am not presenting them as verified findings about the church.But this brings up a much bigger conversation about church culture, favoritism, and how we treat people within the body of Christ. Should a church have a certain aesthetic? Is there a difference between having standards for those serving in ministry and placing unnecessary emphasis on outward appearance? And when it comes to children, shouldn't every child feel equally welcomed, loved, and valued?
