PSC Group Engines Trailing M415 (11/1/26)

Yesterday, I received word that some GP38s from an industrial railroad that I had never heard of were trailing on M415. So I went to Garrett Park to catch them. That's pretty much it. I know next to nothing about the engines in question or the railroad(?) they work for. There's no information on when those specific engines were built or what they were built as, and PSC Group's website just says corporate mumbo jumbo. I think they might deal with chemical handling. According to ‪@RailroadScientist8768‬ these engines were originally supposed to be heading to Richmond, VA, but instead are heading to somewhere in South Carolina. 0:00 CSX M415 3:20 CSX E370 All of this was recorded by me on my Canon EOS Rebel SL3.
