Ye itni tasty banti hai ki sabhi ungliyan chaatte reh jayenge! Ingredients: Main Ingredients: Chana Dal (soaked and boiled/prepared as per recipe) Onion & Tomato (finely chopped or puree) Ginger & Garlic paste Fresh Coriander / Hara Dhaniya (chopped) Spices & Seasonings: Salt (as per taste) Turmeric powder (Haldi) Kashmiri Red Chili powder Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder) Garam Masala Mustard seeds (Rai) & Cumin seeds (Jeera) Oil & Ghee Instructions: Prepare the Dal Mix: Clean and soak chana dal, then cook it properly using the special method shown in the video. Prepare Gravy Masala: Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add cumin and mustard seeds, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until golden brown. Add tomatoes and all the spices. Cook Together: Add the prepared chana dal mix into the rich gravy, mix gently, and let it simmer for a few minutes so all flavors blend together nicely.
