Todd shares his story of trauma and resilience, starting with the unexpected suicide of his partner Karen. We discuss Todd's undercover police work as "Donny", the trauma he endured undercover, and how being undercover allowed him to avoid the suffering he was experiencing in his real life. Todd shares the impact of these traumas on his mental health and wellbeing and the steps he took to finally start to rebuild his life and tap into his resilience in the midst of his trauma and grief.
