Brunswick Stew

Ingredients: THE STEW - 1 ½ onions, 3 tbsp garlic, salt, pepper, 2 lb pork, 2 lb chicken, OR Choice of meat, Italian seasoning, 1 tsp Liquid smoke, 28 oz tomatoes, 3 cups cubed potatoes, 14 OZ corn, 14 OZ lima bean, 14 OZ cream corn. THE SAUCE - 4 tbsp butter, 1 ¾ cup ketchup, ¼ cup yellow mustard, ¼ cup vinegar, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp black pepper, ½ tsp Liquid smoke, ½ tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, ¼ cup brown sugar.
